MD Connect Referral Management (“MD Connect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information within the MD Connect Referral Management application (“App”).
The App is intended for authorized healthcare professionals and administrative staff to create, manage, and track patient referrals securely and efficiently.
We collect only the information needed to enable secure referral management and user authentication.
