These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and MD Connect (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the MD Connect Referral Management mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals and authorized clinical/administrative staff. Patients and the public may not use the App.

Minimum Age Requirement: By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to perform referral activities.

3. Account Registration & Access

Your account may be created or approved by your organization or their designated superadmin. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and report unauthorized access immediately.

4. Permission to Use the App

We grant a limited, revocable permission to use the App solely for authorized referral workflows. This does not permit copying, resale, modification, or reverse engineering.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the App for referral management and secure communication. You may not upload harmful content, misuse PHI, bypass security, access unauthorized referrals, or use bots or automated tools.

6. Confidentiality, Data Security & Privacy

The App may contain Protected Health Information (PHI). You agree to comply with HIPAA and organizational policies. MD Connect uses industry-standard safeguards such as encryption, role-based access, and audit logging.

7. No Medical Advice

MD Connect does not provide clinical recommendations, diagnostics, or emergency support. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed professionals.

8. Admin Panel (Superadmin Access)

A browser-based Admin Panel is available only to organizational superadmins for managing accounts and settings.

9. Third-Party Services

MD Connect may integrate with third-party services for hosting, notifications, files, or analytics. We are not responsible for service outages or performance delays.

10. “As-Is” Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.

11. No Liability for Clinical Outcomes

MD Connect is not responsible for clinical decisions, delays, technical issues, or patient outcomes resulting from use of the App.

12. Suspension & Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for Terms violations, security concerns, or organization deactivation.

13. Updates

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
